York House, Wembley

York House is a new high-rise residential development situated opposite Wembley Stadium in London. Featuring 368 new homes, this building was refurbished from commercial units into bright and modern residential space. The team at N. Minikins & Sons Ltd analysed the thermal expansion on the LTHW and HWS risers and floor layouts. We then supplied Anchors, Bellows and Slide Guides for this project to ensure the safety and longevity of these pipework systems.
